Umu Restaurant has given me the opportunity to come and shoot some test images for the first day of their new Spring Tasting Menu.
As it’s the first day of the change, some dishes will continue to evolve until the chef is satisfied, so if you go, don’t be surprised if the dishes aren’t identical.
